No problems, no complaints. Competitive. I like it because it is a PTO bank. If I am sick, I am sick and I use it. But I'm not sick much so I don't lose days or have to lie that I am sick to use them...while others are either sickly or faking it and get to use more days off than I do since I'm rarely sick.... I hate that. I prefer a PTO system.
