Expensive out of pocket premiums

Co pays and out of pockets

If I recall correctly there were theee options Kaiser, high deductible health plan and an Aetna PPO. I choose the later I had a lot of co insurance bills that was annoying. Perhaps it was the physicians in SF but I constantly had out of pocket unmet deductible and co insurance costs for in network care. I should have picked Kaiser. It’s good comprehensive care. Their dental and eye was typical delta dental amd eye med insurance

Good coverage and decent co-pays

High deductibles with sub-par coverage

Health premium are fine for most part.

covers dental, vision, general health

Eye coverage is limited

Okay mix of insurances to select between. Good overall coverage for health dental.
