The coverage is pretty standard PPO for a large organization, but its not cheap. There is a more basic option available with an HSA available.

Premiums went through the roof after the takeover. My insurance premiums went up $350 per month. The base pay you get will not be competitive when you look at the benefits package.

Not a great coverage. HSA contribution amount from Company is not competitive and deductible is high. Bayer should improve this option.

Somewhat disappointing. Insurance coverage is ok, but employees must pay several thousand dollars more compared to my last employer. Even high-deductible accounts have a much higher premium and company HSA contribution is less than I have received from another company in the sector.

The plans themselves are good, but extremely pricey compared to other companies I have worked at. There are 3 different plan options to choose from.
