They don’t match your contribution percentage to be beneficial for employees to maximize contribution since change
Retirement insurance is obsolete upon retirement. The business could do a lot better and then some more people would want to get involved in it. Vested after 5 year a long time working for this company. Either people leave after a couple years due to burnout or something like that. The people that have been there for a long long time and stay are settled in a position where they have options at have a life outside of the a job or they have no options and stay in their job until they have an other option
