its 20% off so its pretty decent but standard and occasionally they offer extra 20% on top of the 20% discount for employees

The company offers 20% off at the department stores and outlets, and your spouse is eligible for the same discount. This discount is on top of any sale or clearance price. So if the store is having a 30% off storewide sale, you would get 30% off your total and then an additional 20% off. Storewide sales at the outlets only happen a couple times a year, though, and should be taken advantage of.

You can either get your 20% off or buy as a customer. The 20% stacks with whatever promo is going on at the time. Most of the time it's cheaper to buy as a customer.

At least they offer a 20% discount! Not sure if other retailers do the same.

Could only use it if you didn't want to use coupons or Beall's Bucks.
