Deductibles are high even on the low deductible plan

The insurance plans continue to increase in base rate every year. The more you make the more that you are charged for the same level of heath insurance. They do have a very good health savings account program through Optum Bank.

Industry standard health insurance provided

Large network of providers. Self-insured so the risk pool is limited to only current and former employees. Prices keep going up, but that's more a result of the requirements of the ACA than what Bell wants to do.
