Work From Home

There's a weird rubric by which is determined who is working remote at what cadence per week. In-office work is unnecessary at this point for the company as everyone in the office needs to run a remote meeting anyway since a good chunk of the company work remote permanently. Everyone is constantly in meetings and there is no actual time to collaborate face-to-face while in-office. Exec team also said they would give us 6 wks time to prep for any changes from full remote to hybrid. They made a change and gave us 2 weeks instead.

The work from home policy is not fully explained nor given to every employee. It depends on your direct supervisor.
