Beyondsoft offers 401k to all of their full time employees. They have many investment options and the plan is managed by a large, reputable provider. They partially match contributions--50% match for the first 2% and 25% match for the next 5%. SO the max matching is 2.25% if you contribute 7%.

The 401K plan is okay; but the previous carrier (management company) was not good. Not sure of the current management company. Haven't found any exciting fund in the plan.
