Vacation & Paid Time Off

Terrible vacation accrual, and you have to work three of five federal holidays, so you really only get two holidays per year.

20 days of paid time off

Never got approved to have a single day off in my 5 months of working here

Vacation time given after 1 year of employment but you can take sick days whenever you need them. 6 paid holidays are also included.

Standard 2 weeks of PTO depending on position but they are generous with sick time accrual which I think encourages employees to call in sick just so they don't lose those paid hours BUT it isn't great for employees who tend to not call in sick.

Time accrued fairly and quickly.

The time off hours are really good too. And I always get the time I ask for

Coming into the company after lengthy employment at previous jobs where I had 5 weeks of paid vacation, they were unwilling to negotiate on the 2 weeks paid vacation.
