If you're not a scientist we usually can work from home which is great, and when we do go into the office, we get a lunch stipend on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
What isn't so great is the turnover. The company grew incredibly quick, so had lots of hiring and sorting through who should stay and go, then pulled back, and is now operating with lean teams across the board so everyone is stretched thin.
