"You start out at 3 weeks paid vacation. You also get 12 paid holidays a year, along with the entire Christmas week off. If you add all that up, it's quite a bit. For each year you work (up to 5 years) you get an extra day of vacation. I believe you get a one-time bonus week at 5 years, and again at 10."
