BitTitan offers medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability plans where we pay for 100% of the employee premiums. The deductibles and co-pays are paid by the employees themselves based on how much they use their medical provider. We offer employees two additional medical buy up options that allows them to choose a lower deductible and out of pocket max. BitTitan also pays 35% of dependent premiums.
