Work From Home

This was the best thing about bitly. the are 100% wfh and had a work from anywhere policy when i was there.

Bitly is a remote first workplace

No in-office requirement for employees

Bitly's work from home policies differ by department and can generally only start after a few months on the job. Most days should be spent in the office and Bitly isn't hiring remote-only employees but the flexibility to work from home to accept deliveries or work around appointments is appreciated!

Would be deadly to work at home I could get my job done at any pace and I would do it if I didn't feel pressured

Flexible with allowing people to work from home as long as the work gets done.

This is not a regular occurrence, however for furniture deliveries or doctor's appointments, Bitly is very understanding!
