We offer 26 weeks of paid Maternity leave with 5 days of Paternity leave. In case of a miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, a Maternity leave of 42 days is offered. In case of adoption of a child below 3 months of age or above 3 months of age, we offer a Maternity leave of 84 days or 30 days, respectively. For adopting a child below 12 months of age, a Paternity leave of 5 days can be availed.
