It is a decent 401k plan, they match up to 50%

Company matches good amount to the 401k contribution

Matches 50% per every $1, UP TO 15% of your salary , with a max of $7,500. Therefore if you make less than $120K you will NOT be getting the full benefit because even if you add more than the 15%, the company will only match it up to the salary that you are under. To me thats unfair since some younger or lower pay workers might still be at home or saving $ for retirement. Plus they could match $ per $ OR at least have a cap of the 401K which is $18,000+.
