"Unlimited" sick leave. You may or may not be asked to present doctors' notes after your first few absences, depending on your manager. Definitely some cultural pressure not to call out sick, but I ignored it and didn't get knocked for it. Friendly policies for getting fully paid leave for bereavement, chronic/sudden medical injuries, family member issues, etc. so the 'unlimited' part sticks but there are a few hoops to climb.
