Low match, and no staged vesting.

5% match, 3 year vesting cliff.

It's ok. 5% company match that scales with your own contributions up to 5%. Anything over 5% person contribution gets you the max employer match of 5% of gross salary. There is a 3 year cliff vesting period which isn't ideal.
