Benefits were already moderate, and changes just announced represent a potentially large increase in employee cost especially in prescription medications cost. Increases in deductibles, copays and out of pocket maximums coupled with a restrictive mental health sub network add up to an overall diminished benefit.

It is somewhat low cost compared to plans from other employers that I have seen. Nothing like the old days when everything was paid for but that is just a reality of the times.
