Increases in deductibles, copays and out of pocket maximums coupled with a restrictive mental health sub network add up to an overall diminished benefit.

Standard care that you would expect from major insurance providers. Heavily company funded to keep employee premiums low.

As I have been told from parent's friends growing up, Boeing's health insurance is still top notch

Cost to employee is relatively low and there is Flexibility with providers.

Affordable...at least when I left

It is somewhat low cost compared to plans from other employers that I have seen. Nothing like the old days when everything was paid for but that is just a reality of the times.
