No downside that I can think of

Single employee health is a great value.

There are several plans to choose from, each with different deductibles, co-pays, etc. Overall the plans are decent, but the employee cost keeps going up.

It is OK, but is steadily getting worse in recent years.

Best is it is a great plan. Worst is, it gets less great every year.

Great coverage for the health insurance

The healthcare is very solid and is one of the strongest in the industry from what I understand. My current plan is a $250 deductible and a max out of pocket expense of $2,000 / year

I'll some this up with a short story... I had a workplace injury, large abrasion to the leg (5" wide) requiring stitches to both the calf muscle and skin. Although i was taken to a hospital and put back together the doctor, being that this was "The Companies Hospital" deemed me fit to go to work the NEXT day. I was fully covered for my medical bills but was not given workman's comp or time off to recover. Now I have a permanent limp due to my ankle not healing right.

Miniumum package is free, not sure about the other packages. Includes health, dental, and vision.
