As of 08/11/2019, Boeing employees receive two weeks of sick leave annually. The previous balance from last year will rollover. However, Boeing will only rollover 50% of your total sick hours then add the 80 hours on top of that annually. Starting in 2020, Boeing is combining the sick leave and vacation hours into paid-time off (PTO). So, these rules won't apply in the future of forfeiting 50% of your sick leave balance.
