One of the best benefits at Boeing. They will pay all tuition, fees and for books up to certain annual amounts for a large number of degree programs. Most are tax free. Tuition payments come from Boeing, it's not reimbursed, so you pay no tuition out of pocket. Minimum grades required. Upon degree completion, you must stay with Boeing for 1 year or you must reimburse the company.

Boeing's Tuition Assistance Program was greatly appreciated and used widely throughout the employees I worked with who did not previous have a college degree. Some employees even enrolled to achieve advanced degrees while employed with the Boeing Company. I fortunately had previously earned my BS Degree prior to hiring with Boeing.

Very generous program. Plus they pay it up-front -- it's not where you pay out of pocket and get reimbursed

The Learning Together Program is pretty good. It used to be awesome. You used to be able study anything you wanted. Now it has to be related to your field. They will pay %100 tuition on approved programs. You are responsible for books.
