Training is dependent upon how busy current staff is and if they are undermanned or not.

You have to watch hour long videos that are boring as crap then take quizzes on them...
Training in store was good, they show you how to do mostly everything.

They throw you in the fire and say, "I'm busy".

I was trained by a front end cashier until I was confident I was able to handle the job alone.

I came in for my first day of training and immediately was put on they register. Unlikely that this happens regularly i did watch videos for training.

I was not really trained. They just had me go at it. They've gotten better at that though.

Best training department I've seen. They are very hands on. Shoot for a training store for employment

Enjoyed management training but they didn't follow up on much was supposed to turn in a training book I completed it but it was never collected or graded as I was informed it was to be. Training employees outside of management was definitely lacking. This is where the Unit Directors would fall short in multiple stores, pushing people through online training but neglecting the one-on-one training.
