The tuition reimbursement is awesome and completely covered me getting my MBA. It's completely tax free and was like a $20k bonus over the 4 years I worked on my degree.

Depending on employment status company will help pay the cost of further education each year. Also work in conjunction with the nursing school to give tuition discount to students who work in the hospital
