Anonymous Senior IT Branch Deployment Engineer

Performance bonus is different for every role. I had quarterly bonuses in the 12-14% range with annual bonuses being much more upwards of $12k. However I'd heard non-IT jobs bonuses weren't as friendly.

Performance bonuses change from quarter to quarter. Some may do very well while others will get very little. Matrix's change along with qualifications and amount paid.
