Delta Dental is cheap and will find ways to stiff you. When I changed jobs and got a dental cleaning, Delta stated that because my previous policy had already reimbursed me for a dental cleaning, I would have to pay out of pocket for my current cleaning since I exceeded the two per year...even though I just started working at Booz Allen.
