Health Insurance

Health insurance is good with PPO and HMO options as well as Tricare. Deductibles are high on the PPO plans but that's pretty typical. Makes an HSA contribution each year if you complete a wellness exam.

Both health and dental insurance options are great.

Interesting benefit of having telemedicine available to all employees

Low premiums, very high deductible. Not worth it for the moderately healthy person/family. If you rarely visit the doctor or only have 1-2 minor procedures done per year, you're going to be paying out of pocket as you won't come close to meeting the deductible.

Health Insurance is average in comparison to most companies

Standard plans nothing special.

Most of the plans have a high deductible and when the insurance went from private to participating in the ACA marketplace, benefits took a hit.

The health insurane has a high deductible, but they contribute money to your flex spending plan, the dental is great, and so is the prescription insurance
