Extremely expensive ---- out of pocket minimums are very high.

HSA plans only and the deductible are very high. The company touts this as taking responsibility for your own care...but I have 3 dependents with pre existing conditions. Our family deductible was $2600 before any benefits kick in. I basically took an immediate pay cut when they changed plans in 2015

It's getting more expensive due to the Affordable Care Act but that affected all companies, not just Booz Allen though.

This benefit was gutted in 2014, but only for regular employees. It is a shadow of what we had (PPO, HMO with co-pay). I can't count the number of people who left due to the change, including longtime employees.

Obamacare ruined the health insurance plan. Thresholds increased.Deductibles went up. Medication costs increased.

Great health insurance especially during my pregnancy. I only had to pay very little.

The insurance used to be better, but Obamacare has brought it down a few notches. Still, not too bad - I can insure my entire family for less than 350 per month.

We're now on the High Deductible plan - a little challenging, but still better than the alternative!
