Like all companies these days, there is pressure to reduce headcount in HR and put "everything you need to know on the web." Sounds good in theory. Not good in practice. It was hard to get questions answered by a live person on retirement plans.

There is a 401k plan, but it's not as good as it had been previously. However, if you're a partner and you survive the gauntlet for 10 years, you're set for life.
