Tufts has become extremely expensive and does not cover much. Rates and co-pays are ridiculous, and a PCP referral is required for everything. All that does is make you schedule 2 appointments and pay twice to be seen for 1 condition if you need a specialist. It's a huge waste of time and money. The new tiers set up is the worst. I used to have a $5 copay to see my PCP, now it's $65.
