The worst thing about the health insurance is that the out of pocket (copays) are high. My family and I had a couple of out-patient procedures done and our out-of-pocket expenses were surprisingly high.

I think the program options are pretty good. I don't think they stand out relative to other medical device companies but are probably better than most companies

I haven't needed to use it at all. It's a better plan than I have ever had since I was under my parents but other than the knowledge of the plan coverage I have nothing to rate.
