Tuition assistance of $8,000 a year. Can allow for full Master's programs to be paid for, just impacts the time to complete if you do not wish to spend any money out of pocket. Must complete courses with A's or B's to qualify, and the tuition assistance is awarded after courses are completed and the individual is reimbursed at this point in time.
