WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
We offer flexible forward working:
- For employees who prefer to be in the office 5 days a week, the office will be open but based on the local laws and expectations. As the COVID-19 pandemic impacts local laws, we will open or close the offices based on local recommendations.
- For employees who prefer flexibilty but enjoy face to face work interactions, we offer flexible working - meaning that you would be in the office at minimum 2 days per week and remote the rest of the week.
- For employees who prefer permanent remote work, we will allow permanent remote on a case by case basis. Most requests will likely be approved with the exception of requests made in countries we do not currently operate.
