Insurance was Cigna, and is now changing to Personify Health (anthem network) in 2025. Cigna was already difficult to deal with for claims, and it seems Personify Health is a new venture between Virgin Pulse and HealthComp. Current employees seem to be the guinea pigs for this TPA arrangement.
