Vacation & Paid Time Off

You get 40 hours a year but it maxes out at a certain point. Hours roll over if not used. You also get 40 hours of sick time but it does not roll over. You only get one day a year of a personal day. With it being retail they should know that it gets stressful and allow one mental health day a quarter. There are very specific times a year you can take a vacation. There are a lot of black out days.
