It is really more about what NetSuite 401K plan is. Matching happens at the beginning of the year and is 30% of what you've contributed in the past year up to a certain point.

The 401K could definitely be better. The match is low. They only pay out the match in a lump sum at the end of the year - if you are still with the company (leave Dec 30, touch luck!)
Typical (limited) selection of funds to invest in.
I've had much better in the past. I guess gone are the days where a company cared about you after you leave.
