It's United Health Care. Network is fairly large and the copays / deductibles are low.

The health insurance plan is better than average, in my experience. It's not the greatest, but no where near the worse either. It covers most of what you would expect. Copays are pretty low. The deductible and monthly premiums could be lower. But overall it's pretty good.
