No sick time. Very little PTO (12 days). Extremely few holidays (4 days)

you can use them whenever you like, and they build up rather quickly the longer you are at the company. The bad part is, if you have some built up, and you take a day off, it will automatically from your PTO. You cant just take an unpaid day off.
