More training is needed for all staff within the company. Too many changes that are hard to keep up with, yearly training can help keep both field and office staff up to date and current on all systems and regulations.

Good training and good trainers. It would be nice to have more computer simulations and real-life videos to see what to do in situations that may not come up in your hands-on training.
