The high deductible plan is only a few dollars less than the standard PPO. Not only is this inefficient for the company, it screws the employees who normally have low health care costs.

Premiums were recently raised sharply, but are average or slightly above average. Deductibles were doubled, and plan options reduced. Overall, it is acceptable.

The coverage was good. When I was there there was an HMO and two levels of PPO, both options were great depending on your needs.
