sick days are really flexible and easy to process. it shows the balance on your portal and is believed to be accumulative if you didn't use it.

Their sick day policy is great but they don't pay out when you leave, so you loose all your sick days if you don't use them.

They are very understanding if you have a sick day. They don't want it to spread so they encourage you stay home. There is no pay but it is nice to know that they understand.
