I like that the high-deductible plans allow for an HSA, but the plans are expensive for what you get, especially if it's for a family. My previous employer offered platinum insurance at no cost to the employees so I may just be spoiled.

The health insurance offerings are fairly standard for the construction industry with PPO with FSA and high deductible health plan with HSA.

United has a high deductible policy with CBRE but the app is outdated so you MUST confirm before services are rendered to avoid a massive bill.
