Deductible's are high. HSA benefits are decent, which helps to balance it out. Insurance is comparable to others I've compared.

Premiums were less than most companies. Lots of choices and FSA, HSA accounts. CEVA is definitely shifting towards high deductible plans (like everyone else) but they did add company funding to HSA plan which helps

Decent, BCBS PPO with some out of pocket. I am not a big fan of HMO because I prefer to be able to make choices.

They have great health insurance but no coverage for spouses eligible for insurance from their full time employer. They also offer very affordable HDHP & standard PPO plans.
