High deductible plan with very little options/customization. Going to the DR costs couple hundred dollars until you hit your $3,000 deductible. They offer a health savings plan but only put about $500 a year in your account so it's not enough to cover the gap. Between that and paying significantly lower than average salary, it's rough.

Their deductibles are high and then co-pay is also kinda high I think they just don't have the best insurance but they do offer other types of insurance for free like AD&D, dismemberment and all that though I don't know if it's standard for all that to be free

Best thing about the health insurance at CGI was that it covered alot of different conditions

Ridiculously high deductible - no chance to reach it with average annual medical costs.
So basically paying $500 month for nothing.

Yes, there is health insurance -- but it's the typical HDHP with HSA that most employers are offering these days. Employer contribution to HSA is $500 per year (~$19 per paycheck) with occasional incentives for taking a survey, participating in a health screening, etc.

THe health insurance is basically catastrophic coverage. The deductable is high for a family, the rates are high for management. Constantly looking to cut costs. Eye insurance is poor at best, only places that take it is walmart or Sears, cannot go to my normal eye doctor
