They supplement the price well but only have a high deductible plan, no PPO. Also if your spouse works and you have them on your plan it costs extra encouraging you not to have them on your plan.

For the average worker with a family, this can be very expensive with the deductible. For the employee with a high income level, this might be reasonable. This insurance makes you think twice before heading to your doctors office!
