CGI currently offers CIGNA health insurance and my family is happy with the plan. Our only complaint is with CGI's propensity to switch insurance plans sometimes forcing us to change doctors.

Decent health insurance options, however things seem to change couple years or so, so one has to activity keep track of who your insurance company is.

The high-cost deductible needs to be spread out more throughout the year.

IMHO Health insurance is too expensive. There is a $100 surcharge per month if you have a working spouse on the CGI health insurance plan.

It's a high deductible plan. Only two options, select and something else ( don't remember the name). You have to reach your deductible before the plan pays anything. The deductible for single person is $2000 then once you hit that, you pay only 10% of your cost up to the out of pocket Mac of $3k, then the plan pays everything. The other plan has a deductible of $3.5k with the same out of pocket max, plan pays for everything after that. Prescriptions are good. For a family, the deductible goes up to $7k.
Vision and dental are OK.

They offered several options and even gave it for employees working over 20 hours a week which is unusual in the US.
