At the time I was employed, they offered a HSA which was an excellent option and strategic given the bulk of their employees are younger and have little need of health care.

High deductible insurance with low premiums. They do add some money to your HSA, but don't expect it to cover anything outside of a couple doctor visits and prescriptions.

Terrible, only offers a high deductible plan. So members have deductibles that range from $3k for a single person, to $7k for a family.
