CGI provides flexibility working from home.

CGI provides for work from home option for projects in O&M and thats the best thing CGI gives to employees.

If you are NOT in client project, then you can work from home majority of time, just travel for client meetings, presentations as well as team gathering.

Senior network engineers/consultants/network security were allowed to work from home at least 1-2 days/week. Others were not, but were given flex-days where they could get an extra day off every other week as long as they hit 80 hours for the pay period.

Very good timings and they give phone for any alerts and weekends work.

Many talented employees work from home. Some do it full time or just a few days a week. In my case, I work from the office every day. It just depends on your agreement with your managers.

Good benefit for is very needed in todays work life balance but it depends on the project.

Ability to work from home, getting approval is challenging and often you work from home in addition to a full work day at the office
