HA HA HA. Good luck, if you even get a manual. My last job consisted of me creating the manual for my own position. And worse still was that people who had worked there longer than me did not know how to help me or had been trained improperly themselves and never knew it until I started looking up government regulation for my own job manual.

annual system-wide training, to include BCLS is done on the computer. Worthless. A task to get out of the way. Low budget for continuing ed reimbursement. Christus wants to see your bank account statement for proof that you paid for course. Receipt alone is not enough.
