Very Nice 401 k plan - company match starts almost immediately. Waiting period is only 6 months.

Absolutely the best I have ever seen. All employees get 3% of their salary contributed. Then a match of 70 cents on the dollar up to 6% of your salary and then a bonus each March. You can easily get more than 10% of your salary in company contributions.
