The health benefits are expensive and too basic

I'm not sure this is a comparative rating as it is probably the same for many or most companies, but in general, the cost of health insurance has gone up considerably, particularly as it relates to sharp % increases in deductible and max out of pocket.

Plan is OK. High out of pocket expense - $6,000 for a family - but that is more likely out of their hands and controlled by government mandate
